By using didaflow services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Service description

didaflow is an Academic & Training Intelligence platform that provides:

• Predictive analytics to monitor dropout risk and academic irregularities
• Intelligent dashboards for coordinators and instructors
• Tools for personalized student support
• Data-driven insights to optimize educational offerings

Intellectual property

didaflow rights

All intellectual property rights related to the didaflow platform, including software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Didaflow Srl.

Customer data rights

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process the data in order to provide the services. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve the service and for scientific research.

Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy in compliance with the GDPR and Italian regulations. didaflow acts as a Data Processor for the data of client institutions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, didaflow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages exceeding amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

This limitation does not apply in case of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violations of fundamental rights.
